About

Dylan Silverstein is an Associate Business Manager at David Levin Business Management, a Division of Adeptus.

Dylan supports entertainment professionals by helping them stay organized, informed, and financially secure. In this role, they oversee day-to-day cash flow, coordinate with tax and payroll teams, manage payments and approvals, and support the broader financial picture behind clients’ careers. He is especially motivated by building trusted relationships and allowing clients to focus on their creative work while the financial details are handled behind the scenes.

Prior to joining Adeptus, Dylan began his career in audit before transitioning into a more analyst-focused role. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong blend of technical accounting expertise and business-focused problem-solving skills.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Dylan grew up with a passion for sports, particularly hockey, baseball, and football, and remains a dedicated Islanders and Mets fan. Outside of work, Dylan's interests include music, movies, and television, with The Beatles ranking as his favorite band and Saving Private Ryan among his favorite films.

Education:

Undergraduate degree from the University of Miami

Graduate degree from Northeastern University with Master’s in Accountancy as well as a Master’s in Business with a concentration in Data Analytics.
