About

Howard Krant is the CEO, Managing Partner of Adeptus. Howard has served clients across many industries, and as individuals, for over 40 years. His knowledge and drive have helped Adeptus grow from a accounting firm with tax clients to an ever growing business with a Taxation Division, Attest Division, and Business Management Division. Adeptus is a unique accounting and audit firm. The majority of the work is done and supervised by seasoned professionals, not just juniors. As a Managing and Founding Partner, Howard is responsible for assembling this group and he is quite pleased. Adeptus' professional roster has been grown carefully — everyone handpicked to bring a specific focused expertise to our clients. And Howard is in there with everyone else, burning the midnight oil and solving clients’ tax, audit, and business compliance issues one-at-a-time. Howard loves business. He know how business works. And that makes him able to see how to use the tools of accounting, taxes, and business structure to creatively solve business problems. It’s what he does, and very well. Outside of the office, Howard enjoys family activities at all levels; Playing with my grandchildren and any and all sports—although I’ve been mostly watching lately!
