Adeptus Partners Announces Administrative Leadership Roles

To accommodate the growing needs of the firm, Adeptus Partners names Larry Gitlitz and Deana Mullaney as the Administrative leaders to oversee the Administrative Operations of the firm.
From 2015 to 2023, Adeptus grew from 35 people to over 130 people in six locations throughout the United States. To meet the needs of our growing client list and to guide staff, Adeptus has recruited top talent to help streamline our administrative processes.

About Larry Gitlitz
Larry Gitlitz is the to Partner in Charge of Administrative Operations. He started his career at Adeptus in February of 1990 as a Staff Accountant and has been a loyal and key contributor to the Adeptus team for over 33 years. He has been a tremendous asset and a leader of the firm in his role as Senior Partner and member of the Management Advisory Committee. His expertise in taxation and client relations has been integral to the firm’s growth and success.
In this new role, Larry will oversee Deana as they work towards achieving consistent and optimal utilization of administrative staff and workflow. He will manage the accounts receivable collections, reduce days outstanding and run facilities management.
About Deana Mullaney
Deana Mullaney is the Manager of Administration. She began working at Adeptus in January 2017 and served as a Senior Administrator in our New Jersey office. Over the past six years she has become a valued member of the administrator team, and is relied upon by partners and staff everyday for her expertise.
In this new role, Deana will manage the day-to-day operations and development of the administrative support teams in all locations. She will assist Larry in creating a uniform administrative environment in all offices. Deana will also be involved in hiring, onboarding, and coordinating training for all administrative support employees, as well as being a support to them. Lastly, Deana will work with Larry to improve Accounts Receivable procedures.
Together, our appointed Division and Administrative leaders are here for their teams and the clients, and to ensure that Adeptus operates as an all-inclusive and full-service firm with the best outcomes for all and to be sure we are on top of all the new rules that govern how our clients operate: whether they are an individual, corporation, or managing trusts, estates, and other finances.
