As a highly accomplished athlete and coach, Fati shares her fencing journey, highlighting her college career at both Temple University and Wagner College in New York City. She describes becoming the Head Fencing Coach at Wagner, sharing insights into how she built her team through recruiting and leveraging her network. Transitioning to the University of North Carolina (UNC), she discusses the shift to coaching a larger team with more resources.
