About

Carol Ramondo is the Senior Director of Human Resources in the Marketing and Management Division of Adeptus.

Carol brings a wealth of HR experience to her role as Chief People Officer at Adeptus. Having held progressive HR leadership roles across a range of industries in New York City, Carol joined Adeptus six and a half years ago and has been an integral part of the firm's growth leading the integration of new firms while maintaining and enhancing its culture. Serving as Adeptus's one-person HR team, Carol oversees all facets of the function, including employee relations, benefits, payroll, recruiting, compensation, compliance, and special projects across every division of the firm. As CPO, Carol champions the employee experience and drive the people-focused strategies that will carry Adeptus forward.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and three adult children, traveling, the beach, and working out.
