Michael Cohen is a Manager in the Tax Division of Adeptus. He delivers a full range of tax services for multiple clients in a wide range of industries. Interacting closely with clients, Michael provides innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise.  His prior experience includes providing accounting and tax services to high net worth family offices and individuals, entrepreneurial businesses, professionals, and executives in the areas of taxation, business operations/management, financial reporting, and business efficiency improvement techniques. Mike enjoys spending time with family, practicing tennis & golf, traveling, attending sporting events, classic rock concerts, shows, restaurants, and museums in NYC.
