Michael Hoffman is a Sr. Partner in the Tax Division of Adeptus. With extensive experience in the field, Mike enjoys having a direct impact on his clients' businesses and provides the services he is passionate about. At Adeptus, Michael enjoys working closely with clients. He takes the time to understand their unique needs, both in terms of their business and personal financial situations. Michael specializes in identifying and resolving tax issues that drive hiring and procurement decisions. Additionally, he helps clients navigate areas of economic nexus that may be unclear, ensuring their firms are protected from potential inquiries. By untangling these complex matters, he provides clear documentation to support clients' accounting processes. As of December 2022, Michael also took on the role of podcast host for Adeptus On-Air, Adeptus podcast, where he interviews industry professionals in entertainment and business. In his spare time, Michael values spending quality time with his family and traveling.
