Michele Maybaum CPA, CGMA, Partner at Adeptus, leads the firm’s Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAS) practice. Michele helps clients build successful businesses by providing outsourced CFO services, profitability consulting, and cloud-based technology solutions. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams by aligning their business & personal goals and values. Michele collaborates with business owners to align their financial strategy with what matters most to them - whether that’s growth, freedom, impact, or peace of mind. From the very beginning of her career, Michele loved hearing how clients started their businesses and saw that she could make an impact as their trusted financial quarterback through a relationship-driven approach that she still brings to her work today. She is known for turning complex financials into actionable insights and for balancing technology & innovation with the kind of personal support that makes clients feel truly seen and supported. She has deep expertise in process design, cloud accounting and financial strategy across many industries, including manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, retail, project-based businesses, professional services, private healthcare practitioners and other service businesses. Outside of work, Michele enjoys playing poker, traveling & quality time with family & friends.
