About
Michelle Smith is a Senior Marketing Coordinator in the Administration Division of Adeptus. Michelle joined Adeptus in October 2022. She manages all marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives. Her experience includes marketing for small, mission-driven nonprofit organizations. Specializing in building brands, Michelle has helped organizations expand their digital reach through creating a consistent social presence. Outside of the office, Michelle facilitates workshops for the program Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP), where she teaches non-violence and conflict resolution to the community and in prison settings. She loves to read, watch Football (go Bills!), and enjoys spending time with her partner, dog, and cat.

- Bachelor of Fine Arts in Writing for Film and Television at the University of the Arts
- Masters in Communication at Monmouth University
