Troy brings over a decade of expertise in royalty administration and financial management, and label administration within the entertainment industry. With a comprehensive understanding of royalty tracking, collection, and distribution, Troy ensures that artists, songwriters, and producers receive accurate and timely payments for their creative works. At Adeptus, Troy oversees the royalty administration team, manages client portfolios, and provides strategic financial advice to maximize revenue streams. He also leverages his extensive experience to administer record label operations, including contract negotiation, rights management, and financial oversight. His dedication to transparency and efficiency has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and advocate for his clients. Prior to joining Adeptus, Troy held key roles as a contract administrator, participation manager, and director of royalties where he honed his skills in contract management, data analysis, and client relations. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Troy is passionate about music and enjoys playing the guitar. This personal connection to the music industry deepens his understanding and commitment to his clients' needs. Outside of work, Troy enjoys mentoring emerging talent, contributing to the advancement of royalty and label administration practices, and exploring new music genres.
